Delivery Times

All orders place on skinregimen.com.au by 10am AEDT/ AEST Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays) will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Skin Regimen Australia endeavours to use the most efficient shipping companies and couriers.

Please note, during sale and peak periods, your shipment may take longer to dispatch. 

Delivery Charges

Standard Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping for orders over $150. All other Standard Shipping orders will be charged $15 for shipping and handling.

Express Shipping

We offer free Express Shipping for orders over $250. All other Express Shipping orders will be charged $20 for shipping and handling.

Delivery Tracking

Once the shipment is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel directly with the couriers. 

Due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurised or flammable items by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance, nail, and aerosol products must be delivered via road freight.
